About the role

As a Front and Back Office Supervisor at Pepkor Lifestyle, you will lead a dynamic retail team within the Incredible Connection brand. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring efficient stock, compliance, and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement customer retention strategies and maintain high levels of service quality.
• Manage inventory, minimise stock losses and keep optimal stock levels to meet sales demand.
• Uphold company policies, industry regulations and risk‑management practices.
• Oversee cash flow, financial transactions and profitability monitoring.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and performance‑driven environment.
• Guide the team through change initiatives with clear communication.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Minimum of three years proven experience in retail management.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent administrative and judgment skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Talent‑management capability to identify and develop top performers.
