Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured graduate development programme with on‑the‑job training, mentorship and formal learning.
• Assist in daily operational, technical or administrative tasks within assigned departments.
• Support project execution by researching, gathering data and preparing reports and presentations.
• Identify efficiencies and aid continuous‑improvement and process‑optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business processes and help meet departmental objectives.
• Follow Epiroc’s safety, health, environmental and quality standards at all times.
• Assist in troubleshooting, analysis and problem‑solving activities under supervision.
• Provide support in customer service or field‑related activities where required.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to personal and professional development.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining or a related discipline.
• No or limited formal work experience (internships or attachments are a plus).
• Leadership potential demonstrated through academic, extracurricular or community activities.
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse locations, including mine sites.
• Basic technical knowledge relevant to the field (mechanical, electrical or mining).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
