Managing Partner Digital Franchise

About the role

Thinklyft is looking for a Managing Partner to lead a digital franchise within its ecosystem. This full‑time remote position combines business development, digital strategy, and operational leadership to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the digital franchise.
• Develop and execute digital growth strategies, including online brand building and performance marketing.
• Oversee daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and optimise digital funnels.
• Manage the franchise’s online presence and coordinate marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead virtual meetings and collaborate with Thinklyft support teams to improve processes and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, franchise management, or entrepreneurial leadership.
• Strong background in digital strategy, social media, content creation, and performance marketing.
• Ability to make data‑informed decisions, manage profit‑and‑loss, and drive growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic planning, financial acumen, and goal‑setting capabilities.
• Self‑directed, highly organised, and comfortable working fully remote.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
