Market Supervisor

About the role

The Market Supervisor will lead market intelligence activities, support product positioning, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth in the building‑materials sector. This role requires regular field visits, data analysis, and the creation of marketing collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market visits at least twice per week to understand customer needs and buying behavior.
• Analyze competing products and deliver weekly reports on market trends and competitor updates.
• Monitor importer product updates and identify new market opportunities.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing promotional materials, product presentations, and marketing content using Photoshop and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams on new product launches and market introductions.
• Organize weekly meetings with international teams and share marketing updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for product managers, sales teams, and market teams.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders through email.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, market research, or product marketing.
• Experience in building materials or tile products is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
