Marketing Associate

About the role

The Marketing Associate will plan, develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads and support business growth. The role spans both digital and traditional channels, covering content creation, campaign execution, social media, branding, market research and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the overall marketing strategy and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Manage website content, SEO and SEM initiatives to increase online visibility.
• Run and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with regular posts and audience interaction.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp.
• Design marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging) and write compelling copy for various platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand identity across all channels.
• Plan and coordinate events, product launches, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Support customer service and community management by responding to digital queries promptly.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a generalist marketing role.
• Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and Mailchimp.
• Proficiency in content creation and social‑media management.
