Marketing Executive

About the role

Cosmic is seeking its first dedicated Marketing Executive to own the end‑to‑end marketing function. You will build brand awareness, generate B2B leads and support sales across three branches, working closely with product, sales and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and manage paid social and ad campaigns.
• Improve SEO performance and maintain the company website.
• Develop a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
• Create copy and creative for email campaigns, product promotions, presentations and digital assets.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct market research, translate insights into actionable campaign recommendations and report on performance.
• Design and run B2B outreach campaigns for IT equipment and Managed Services, supporting lead nurturing.
• Identify new market segments across Lusaka and the wider region.
• Plan and coordinate in‑store promotions, seasonal campaigns and events, liaising with branch managers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B, IT or technology.
• Proven ability to develop and implement multi‑channel campaigns independently.
• Strong market research and analysis capabilities.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
