Marketing Intern

About the role

The Marketing Intern will join MariDay HR Consultancy’s Lusaka office to support a range of marketing activities. This on‑site internship offers practical experience in a professional HR consultancy environment, helping you understand how marketing drives business growth and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaign assets.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Coordinate promotional initiatives with the sales and HR teams.
• Maintain marketing databases and update social media platforms.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and support strategy development.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Interest in human resources, business development, or professional services.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
