Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of Stars Travel’s corporate and leisure travel services across Africa. Based in Kitwe, you will develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to support corporate and leisure travel offerings.
• Manage social media, email marketing, online advertising and other digital channels.
• Coordinate promotional events, partnerships and sponsorships.
• Oversee creation of content for social platforms, newsletters, brochures and website.
• Conduct market research, monitor trends and analyse performance data to optimise campaigns.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and manage the allocated budget.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kitwe and travel locally or regionally as needed.
