Marketing Merchandising Manager

About the role

The Marketing Merchandising Manager will lead the development and execution of merchandising and marketing strategies across multiple store formats and channels. This senior position combines product assortment planning, brand communication, and omnichannel initiatives to drive sales, margin, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall merchandising strategy, including product assortment, inventory control, and in‑season management.
• Analyze consumer trends, sales data, and competitor activity to optimize buying decisions and stock turns.
• Collaborate with operations and supply‑chain teams to ensure product availability and replenishment.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline), overseeing brand communication, advertising, and digital initiatives.
• Lead seasonal promotions, events, visual merchandising, and omnichannel projects to enhance both in‑store and digital experiences.
• Manage, mentor, and develop cross‑functional teams while working closely with senior leadership on business strategy and growth planning.
• Own marketing and merchandising budgets, reporting on ROI and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail merchandising and marketing.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, margin, and brand presence across multiple channels.
