About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Officer to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The role combines digital marketing execution with proactive sales activities to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and create engaging content.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Identify, generate, and nurture leads through online channels and outreach.
• Follow up on leads, conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing support and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Track campaign performance, sales activities, and produce regular reports with recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and deliver results.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
