Offloading & Issuing Specialist

About the role

The Offloading & Issuing Specialist oversees the complete dispatch and receiving workflow at a warehouse site. The role guarantees that goods are prepared accurately, vehicles are coordinated safely, and cargo is handled with strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process waybills and material requisition forms, coordinating with all warehouse zones to ensure timely preparation of goods.
• Assess real‑time site conditions and direct incoming transport vehicles to the loading area in a safe, orderly sequence.
• Perform quantity and quality checks against waybills, arrange client inspections, and submit verification records to the site supervisor.
• Supervise loading personnel, instructing proper loading, unloading, and handling techniques to minimise product damage.
• Monitor site safety, prevent cargo theft, and ensure 5S housekeeping standards are met at the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Highly responsible, detail‑oriented and safety‑conscious.
• Strong coordination abilities and the ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in inventory counting, reconciliation and stock verification procedures.
• Experience with waybill processing and material requisition handling.
