Online Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and boost the company’s online presence. The role works closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop data‑driven strategies, optimise user funnels and drive conversion across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, discuss and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Design and execute campaigns for social media, email, display and website advertising.
• Research emerging trends and incorporate them into the marketing mix.
• Analyse traffic data, produce weekly and monthly performance reports, and monitor budget allocation.
• Conduct conversion tests, optimise user funnels and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Collaborate with external agencies to create landing pages and other assets.
• Develop, launch and oversee performance of online campaigns.
• Identify insights and recommend actions to enhance the online user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Online Marketing Manager or in a similar digital‑marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of email, social media and display advertising techniques.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest digital‑marketing and social‑media trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
