Online Store (E-Commerce) Administrator

About the role

Umoyo Natural Health is seeking an experienced Online Store (E‑Commerce) Administrator to run the day‑to‑day operations of its Wix‑based online shop. The role involves managing product listings, processing orders, coordinating with inventory and delivery teams, and reporting on sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Umoyo online store on Wix E‑Commerce, adding and updating products, prices, images, descriptions and stock availability.
• Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring smooth flow from placement to fulfillment.
• Manage sales orders through Odoo, keeping inventory data accurate.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stock‑outs.
• Track online payments, identify failed or pending transactions, and work with finance to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse and delivery teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer enquiries related to online orders and product information.
• Set up and manage promotions, discounts and special online offers.
• Monitor store performance, generate sales reports and analyse data for improvement opportunities.
• Identify and address issues that affect sales or customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven practical experience in Online Store / E‑Commerce Administration.
• Experience managing online product listings, pricing and stock.
• Ability to process orders from placement through fulfillment and handle online payment issues.
