Outbound Sales Person

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing outbound sales professional to join our digital marketing team. You will focus on contacting UK and US businesses, presenting our growth services and converting leads into clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses throughout the UK and US.
• Present and sell digital marketing solutions, including SEO and other growth services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status.
• Participate in regular performance reviews during a three‑month probation period.

Required profile

• Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in digital services.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a high‑pressure environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Northmead, Lusaka.

Required skills

• Cold‑calling and lead generation.
• Negotiation and closing techniques.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
