Partnership Manager – Agency Networks

About the role

The Partnership Manager – Agency Networks will identify, develop and maintain strategic relationships with third‑party investment entities, broker‑dealers and financial advisory networks to grow revenue and market share for Longhorn Associates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage strategic agency, wealth‑management and institutional distribution partnerships.
• Lead partner due diligence, negotiations, contracting, onboarding and integration in line with regulatory requirements.
• Drive partner productivity, client acquisition, assets/inflows, transactions and revenue through the partnership channel.
• Provide product training, market updates and sales support to partner agencies.
• Coordinate joint marketing initiatives, seminars, webinars and lead‑generation activities with strategic partners.

Required profile

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related discipline (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in partnership, distribution or agency management.
• Strong analytical, debt‑management and business‑insight skills with the ability to anticipate and manage change.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
