Program and MEL Intern

About the role

The Programs and MEL Intern will support the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities of Seed Global Health’s Zambia office. This six‑month internship provides hands‑on experience in program management, data analysis, and strategic planning within a dynamic global‑health environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating program activities such as workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support internal and external program workstreams, including communication and educator support.
• Document meetings, track action points, and maintain program records.
• Draft reports, presentations, and case studies to showcase program outcomes.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about global health and program management.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
