About the role

This full‑time remote position focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to support Uwezo Business Consultants' brand and business goals. You will manage social media channels, develop campaigns, and create platform‑specific content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels across major platforms.
• Develop, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and adapt content for various online platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze web analytics data.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business objectives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• Strong experience in social media and online marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategy, content planning, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to work with web analytics tools to track and report performance metrics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or B2B marketing is a plus.
