Remote Marketing Intern

About the role
This remote volunteer position offers a hands‑on marketing internship where you will support market research, help shape marketing strategies, and improve customer service processes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and gather insights.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Support customer service enhancements.
- Maintain internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and nurture leads.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Knowledge of market research and marketing strategy concepts.
- Understanding of sales and lead‑generation principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Required skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (a plus).
