Retail Sales Representative

About the role

Oraimo, a smart‑accessories brand under Transsion Holdings, is looking for dynamic Retail Sales Representatives to join its Lusaka team. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover and adopt innovative tech products.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
• Schedule and deliver product presentations to prospects.
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM and keep account information up‑to‑date.
• Communicate customer pain points to relevant departments.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimise sales efforts.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field (degree is a plus).
• 2‑4 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting quotas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
