Risk Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, self‑motivated Risk Manager to join our Legal team. In this position you will conduct extensive research and assessments to evaluate risk levels, develop controls, and train personnel to limit operational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and report on risk management duties assigned by the Risk Management Director.
• Implement policies and training programs that reduce overall organizational risk.
• Identify, assess, and propose solutions for potential risks across projects and records.
• Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, controls, and business continuity plans.
• Prepare risk reports, promote risk awareness, and advise the Board of Directors on critical risks.
• Support Risk Analysts and Assistants in risk evaluation activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Risk Manager or in a comparable role.
• Professional Risk Manager license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fiscal policies and auditing/reporting procedures.
• Excellent research, computer, oral and written communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work long hours and manage multiple priorities.
