Sales and Letting Executive

About the role
We are a reputable real estate company with a strong presence in Lusaka and surrounding districts. We are looking for a motivated Sales and Letting Executive to promote our property portfolio, generate new business and support clients throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell real estate products and services.
- Build and maintain client relationships while generating new leads.
- Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in real estate, banking or insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous).
