Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our growing real‑estate team in Lusaka. The role focuses on matching clients with residential, commercial, and land investment opportunities while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into successful property transactions.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Promote a portfolio of residential, commercial, and land properties through multiple marketing channels.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• Proven sales experience; background in real estate, banking, insurance or telecommunications is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills
