Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will build and manage a strong distribution network within an assigned on‑trade territory, promoting HBI brands to bars, restaurants, hotels and similar outlets. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market share and positioning HBI as a market leader in its categories.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and volume delivery across the on‑trade segment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers such as bars, restaurants, hotels and other on‑trade outlets.
• Execute sales and distribution plans to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Monitor market activities, competitor performance and customer trends.
• Achieve agreed sales, distribution and execution targets.
• Implement promotions, brand activations and merchandising standards.
• Collect market intelligence and provide timely feedback to management.
• Manage customer accounts, orders and credit compliance according to company policies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain customer relationships.
• Experience engaging with diverse segments including retail, hospitality and distribution channels.
• Strong consultative selling, upselling and closing abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team.
• Commitment to ethical sales practices and building customer trust.
