Store Manager – Retail (45 hrs/week)

About the role

The FIX is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead its MandaHill location in Lusaka. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing expenses, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Control expenses and monitor stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Lead people management activities, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by implementing the company’s service strategy.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• At least 1 year of store leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Strong planning, organizing and strategic sales planning capabilities.
