Tech Sales Specialist (Hybrid, Lusaka)

About the role

PeachPy Technologies is looking for a motivated Tech Sales professional to join its Lusaka office in a hybrid setting. The role focuses on promoting the company’s suite of business‑application integrations, helping clients adopt the one‑click install platform and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new sales leads through outreach and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present app solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and update sales forecasts.
• Provide basic technical guidance on software integrations and coordinate with support teams to resolve client issues.
• Gather client feedback and work with product and marketing teams to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Strong sales aptitude with experience in lead generation, demos and deal closing.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Students are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and business‑application integration tools.
• Competence in standard office productivity software.
