Training Manager

About the role

Radisson Blu Resort in Livingstone is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design, delivery and follow‑up of training programmes that reinforce the brand’s "Yes I Can!" service ethos. You will work closely with the People and Culture Manager and department heads to ensure every employee has the skills and knowledge to create unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate management‑skills training for hotel staff.
• Monitor attendance and compliance with all legally required training, maintaining an up‑to‑date tracking system.
• Analyse monthly customer‑service results, identify trends and adjust training content accordingly.
• Partner with department managers to embed the "Yes I Can!" mindset within their teams.
• Provide a comprehensive induction programme for all new hires during their first 90 days.
• Continuously reinforce service standards through on‑going coaching and performance feedback.
