Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor

About the role

Coflex Zambia is seeking a reliable, organised and hands‑on Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor to join its growing beverage import and distribution team. This position offers the chance to own day‑to‑day warehouse operations, support a fast‑expanding product portfolio and build a long‑term career in a values‑driven company.

Key responsibilities

• Receive supplier deliveries, verify quantities and inspect stock for quality.
• Organise the warehouse, maintain FIFO storage and keep accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and scheduled stock takes.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate daily deliveries, dispatch orders correctly and deliver to customers when required.
• Supervise future warehouse and delivery staff as the business grows.
• Monitor breakages, returns and damaged stock.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation and compliance with safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory planning, replenishment and maintain delivery documentation.
• Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, FMCG distribution or a similar operational environment.
• Proven experience with inventory management and stock control.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• High level of honesty, integrity and accountability.
• Valid Zambian driver’s licence.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading.
