Accounting Intern – Finance & Operations

About the role

Join Crystalised Apps as an Accounting Intern and support the Finance and Operations team in maintaining accurate financial records. You will gain hands‑on experience with transaction reconciliation, payment verification, and financial reporting across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile payment, collection, and financial transactions across various systems and data sources.
• Verify transaction accuracy, identify discrepancies, and assist in resolving exceptions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit trails.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses.
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes as needed.
• Perform data validation and quality‑assurance checks on financial information.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure transaction integrity.
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and financial control activities.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Recent graduates or final‑year students are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
