Agrochemical Salesperson – Zambia

About the role

EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese agrochemical exporter, is seeking an experienced Agrochemical Salesperson to develop and manage its business in Zambia. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, promoting our crop‑protection products and ensuring successful market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consultative selling of EASTCHEM’s products, including local registration, sample delivery, and product introductions.
• Analyze client business challenges, conduct workshops, deliver presentations, and prepare quotes and pricing.
• Negotiate proposals and close sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Provide weekly updates to management on new activities, urgent issues, and market developments.
• Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to promote the brand.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Familiarity with agrochemical commercial activities in Zambia.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in multinational companies is preferred.
