About the role

Key responsibilities

• Understand the marketing needs of the company and its clients.
• Plan, implement and optimise digital marketing strategies.
• Research products and services to inform campaign direction.
• Prepare cost‑effective budgets for online marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain publishing schedules for client social‑media pages.
• Monitor performance of ongoing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Prepare ideas, present them to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Audit websites regularly and analyse traffic data.
• Track ROI and key performance indicators.
• Create and optimise landing pages.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Improve content quality and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with design, sales and marketing teams.
• Optimise SEO and SMO strategies.
• Produce detailed reports on campaign results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital‑marketing trends and tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Team‑player who can work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
