Field Optimization Engineer

About the role

You will combine technology, sustainability and business development to promote energy efficiency and optimise industrial systems for our clients. The position is based onsite at our head office in Kitwe and reports to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers, prospect new markets and open new accounts.
• Identify improvement opportunities in compressed‑air systems and meet optimisation targets.
• Conduct energy audits, performance analysis and propose innovative solutions.
• Implement intelligent compressor automation, control systems and upgrade distribution networks.
• Deploy sensors for process monitoring and manage thermal energy recovery projects.
• Lead the full commercial cycle: diagnosis, proposal preparation and deal closing.
