Field Sales Agent

About the role

Are you a driven salesperson who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and turning opportunities into results? BVARD is growing and seeking energetic, ambitious Field Sales Agents to join the team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within assigned markets.
• Promote BVARD's financing products and solutions.
• Explain loan requirements, terms and repayment obligations clearly.
• Assist customers with registration and required documentation.
• Generate and follow up on qualified loan applications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Generate referrals and support repeat business from eligible customers.
• Follow BVARD's KYC, data protection, credit and customer service procedures.

Required profile

• Target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Confident communicating with customers.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in the field.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Honest, professional and customer‑focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in sales, lending, banking, micro‑finance, fintech or financial services is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
