Full Stack Developer

About the role

Good Nature is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design and implement robust, scalable web applications that support its mission of empowering smallholder farmers. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with product and design teams to deliver high‑quality digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain front‑end and back‑end components of web applications.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into functional code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for building user‑focused solutions.
