Head of Digital

About the role

The Head of Digital will lead Rideve Media’s digital strategy from an on‑site base in Lusaka. This contract position is responsible for shaping high‑impact digital campaigns and aligning digital initiatives with client business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies across all channels.
• Oversee digital campaign planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary digital team.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with account, creative, and media teams.
• Utilise web analytics and reporting tools to track results and provide actionable insights.
• Manage transformation initiatives to improve digital processes and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in digital strategy and digital transformation.
• Strong team‑leadership experience in an agency or similar advertising/marketing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with web analytics tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Lusaka and handling multiple fast‑paced projects.
• Advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
