Injection Molding Operator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Lusaka. The role involves operating injection molding machines, monitoring production runs and ensuring product quality while meeting daily output targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust parameters and conduct troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Perform quality control inspections to detect defects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and routine equipment checks.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience working with injection molding equipment in a production environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or the beverage industry is advantageous.
