IT Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking dynamic IT Support Technicians to deliver outsourced IT services for a range of clients. The role involves both on‑site and remote assistance, ensuring that users’ hardware, software and network issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose and resolve computer software and hardware problems.
• Analyze user issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Assemble, install and test software, networks and server equipment.
• Update, repair and maintain IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of software licenses and hardware inventory.
• Provide on‑site and remote support across multiple client locations, often under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Member of ICTAZ (certificate required).
• G12 certificate.
• Completed A+ or N+ certification, or equivalent.
• MCSE qualification (or currently pursuing) is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
• Familiarity with the latest IT developments.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server systems, Windows Active Directory domains and Microsoft 365.
