Marketing and Sales Executive (Financial Services)

About the role

Fin360 Limited is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Executive to promote its suite of financial products and services. Based onsite in Lusaka, the role involves direct client engagement through meetings, presentations, and networking events, with a focus on generating leads and converting prospects into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target market segments and conduct basic market research.
• Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns across appropriate channels.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and gather customer feedback.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms.
• Meet agreed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales, preferably within financial services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to conduct basic market research and analyse data for actionable insights.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working independently.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Lusaka market and comfort with an onsite, client‑facing environment.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, customer service excellence, and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or CRM systems (advantageous).
