Marketing & Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Officer to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The role combines digital marketing execution with proactive sales activities in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services
• Create engaging posts, graphics, and promotional messages
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and coordinate brand‑awareness initiatives
• Identify and generate business leads through digital channels and outreach
• Maintain a database of leads and prospects
• Follow up on leads, conduct product presentations, and prepare quotations
• Negotiate, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying upselling opportunities
• Track campaign performance, report on leads, conversions, and sales results

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and online advertising
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets

Required skills
