Operations Follow‑up Agent (Full‑time, Lusaka)

About the role

Boxleo Courier & Fulfillment Services Limited is looking for motivated Operations Follow‑up Agents to join our Lusaka office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will generate leads, make outbound calls and promote our logistics and fulfillment solutions to both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calling and lead generation activities.
• Promote Boxleo’s courier, warehousing and fulfillment services, tailoring offers to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Document interactions and update client information in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, target‑driven team.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and fulfillment services is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing training is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
