Operations Follow‑up Agent – Sales & Customer Relations

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Operations Follow‑up Agents to join our Lusaka team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will generate new business leads, conduct outbound calls and promote our courier and fulfillment services to both prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales leads through research and outbound calling.
• Present and promote Boxleo’s logistics and fulfillment solutions to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proven proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Basic understanding of logistics and fulfillment services is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
