Part-Time Photographer/Videographer for MOU Handover Ceremony

About the role
We are looking for a reliable local photographer and videographer to capture a formal MOU handover ceremony in Lusaka on 4 September 2026. The assignment is part‑time, lasting approximately 2–3 hours, and offers an all‑inclusive fee.
Key responsibilities
- Photograph key moments such as the MOU handover, handshake, group shots, portraits, and candid interactions.
- Capture both landscape and portrait images, including branding of MECANMED and the University of Lusaka.
- Record a 15‑30 second landscape video and a 15‑30 second portrait video.
- Deliver at least 20 professionally retouched photos and all high‑resolution unedited JPEG files.
- Provide the final photos and videos within 24–48 hours after the event.
Required profile
- Previous experience covering corporate, conference, ceremony, or university events.
- Own professional camera and related equipment.
- Reliable, punctual and able to meet tight delivery deadlines.

What we offer
