About the role
Join the vibrant team at Radisson Blu Resort in Livingstone as a Restaurant Manager. You will lead the restaurant operation, ensuring first‑class service and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain high service standards.
- Support the Food & Beverage department in delivering seamless guest experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members to enhance performance.
- Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Achieve food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets.
- Control departmental budget, costs, and inventory while meeting productivity goals.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Implement programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Grade 12 School Certificate; diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of Food & Beverage service experience in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership mindset with a focus on anticipating guest needs.
