Sales and Marketing Associate

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full‑time remote position focused on driving member acquisition, engagement and retention for PioneXHub’s community platform. You will act as the front‑line representative, presenting the platform’s value proposition to prospective members and partners through calls, online meetings and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to expand the community base.
• Conduct outreach and present PioneXHub’s offering via phone, video and email.
• Support marketing campaigns and create promotional content.
• Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise sales and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with community and partnership teams to ensure seamless onboarding and member support.
• Provide responsive customer service and occasional training sessions for new members.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in startup or entrepreneurial ecosystems.
• Training or onboarding experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in sales or related fields.
