Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Itel Energy Storage Solution is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its Business Unit in Kitwe. The role focuses on developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the residential energy storage market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and boost business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor behavior, preparing detailed performance and market analysis reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and schedule meetings with prospects.
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep account information up‑to‑date.
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimise the overall sales effort.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field (degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
