About the role
We are seeking a skilled TLB Operator to join our team in Lusaka. The role involves operating a telescopic loader backhoe (TLB) for excavation, loading, backfilling, grading and related earth‑moving tasks on construction or mining sites.
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate the TLB for excavation, loading, backfilling, grading and related works.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical faults.
- Follow all health, safety and operational procedures.
- Ensure proper care and safe handling of the equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a TLB Operator.
- Valid operator certification or licence where applicable.
- Good knowledge of equipment safety and basic maintenance.
- Ability to work responsibly and follow instructions.
- Experience in construction, mining or related operations is an advantage.
