Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing daily inbound and outbound activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse environment. This role supports the smooth flow of hardware materials, spare parts, and factory supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments, inspect goods, and process outbound deliveries while ensuring accurate quantities and complete documentation.
• Conduct daily and periodic stocktaking, record discrepancies, and submit standardized reports.
• Handle stock anomalies, track issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Organize sorting, shelving, zone management, and maintain cleanliness and fire‑safety standards.
• Archive operational documents, assist with monthly inventory reconciliation, and ensure system data matches physical stock.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• College degree or higher; logistics or warehouse background preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably with hardware or spare‑part inventories.
• Experience in mining or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
• Hard‑working, meticulous, responsible, and able to follow company policies.

Required skills

• Accurate inventory counting.

• Basic fire‑safety management.
• Proficient English communication for daily coordination.
