Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient shipping, inventory control and delivery management while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory accuracy and daily/monthly stock levels.
• Inspect warehouse facilities, enforce clean and safe conditions, and ensure 6S compliance.
• Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, handle attendance, overtime, salary reviews and training.
• Plan and allocate warehouse space, manpower, equipment and tools for receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Oversee repackaging of damaged or non‑conforming goods and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct daily fuel audits and monitoring for all forklift units.
• Organise daily briefings to communicate standards, updates and operational requirements.
• Report abnormalities, handle exceptions and complete ad‑hoc assignments from management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of formal warehouse team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (logistics, supply‑chain or related field is an advantage).
• Management experience in tile, hardware or other manufacturing industries.
• Ability to pass criminal background and credit reference checks.
• High personal integrity, professional ethics and strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using standard Warehouse Management Systems and equipment.
• Forklift operation and fuel audit management.
• Knowledge of 6S methodology.
