Content Creator – Lusaka (Design & Social Media)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator based in Lusaka to produce high‑quality visual assets for both print and digital channels. You will work closely with clients, turning brand guidelines into compelling designs while monitoring performance on social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator and raster images in Photoshop, ensuring scalability and pixel‑perfect quality.
• Apply advanced typography techniques, managing tracking, kerning, and grid systems across layouts.
• Prepare production‑ready files with correct colour profiles (CMYK for print, RGB for screen) and package assets for handoff.
• Create and adapt content using Canva Pro and manage assets within content management platforms.
• Oversee social media publishing, analyse performance metrics, and adjust creative output accordingly.
• Communicate design concepts to clients, present work confidently, and incorporate feedback.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing time and resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven expertise with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong command of typography and layout principles.
• Solid experience using Canva Pro and familiar with content management tools.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and refine designs based on data.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with autonomous work capability.
