Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team supporting an online travel platform. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing cases, and providing first‑level assistance in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
• Manage case tickets, log interactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist homeowners using the booking platform, handling modifications, cancellations, and deposit claims.
• Escalate complex complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Analyze call data and share feedback with internal teams.
• Stay updated on platform and process changes.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center or travel environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
• Clear, empathetic communication under pressure.

Required skills

• Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
• Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
• Salesforce.
• Windows 11 or macOS 14+ operating system.
