Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will support the sales of waste products in the Lusaka region and at the local factory. Working on‑site, you will act as the primary liaison between customers and the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing and timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with waste sales in Lusaka and the factory, entering sales orders accurately.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and address after‑sales issues promptly to secure timely, complete orders.
• Enter customer payments and ensure accurate, timely collection.
• Provide daily administrative support to the sales team.
• Offer on‑site assistance for placing factory waste orders.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a sales assistant or in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Good communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and proactive.
• Proficient in basic computer operations.
